We understand the financial strains after you are involved in an accident. So, with effect from 1 January 2021, we are reducing your accident costs from as high as $4,200 to $2,000.
If the taxi is declared a Total Loss, you have to pay $3,000 for London and $4,000 for Prius. This remains the same after 1 January 2021.
In event of vehicle accident, you must make a report at our Accident Reporting Centre (ARC) Woodlands no later than the next working day from the time it happened. Late reporting will result in a late reporting Accident Excess charge of $2,500.
Accident-Free Bonus
With the accident costs reduced, please be informed that the yearly $100 accident-free bonus for full time hirers will end after 31 December 2020.
Windscreen Replacement Cost
Starting from 1 January 2021, the cost to replace a windscreen (not due to traffic accident) applies on Prius and London taxi.

The assessment period for the windscreen replacement is from 1 January to 31 December of each calendar year.
